Discipline Plan
School Wide Rules:
1. Come prepared for class and display appropriate concern for learning
2. Show respect for authority
3. Respect property
4. Display appropriate social skills
Rewards for Good Behavior:
1. Verbal Praise
2. Fun reading and educational games.
3. Positive note home
4. Free Time
Consequences for Misbehavior:
1. 1st offense, the teacher will give a verbal warning.
2. 2nd offense, the student will have 15 minutes loss of recess or fun activity.
3. 3rd offense, parent will be contacted by agenda, phone, e-mail, or after-school.
4. 4th offense, The student will be referred to the office, and a parent, teacher, student, principal meeting will be scheduled.
**** Repeat/extreme offences may result in immediate call or note home, loss of privileges, or referral to the office. ****
